Quotations

• Quotations are free and provided without obligation;
• A quotation is an estimate based on the information available at the time and may be subject to survey;
• Prices remain valid for the period stated on the quotation;
• Any variation to the agreed scope of work may affect the price and timescale, and will be confirmed with you.

Carrying out work

Where you engage us to carry out work, the specific terms — including scope, price, payment schedule, timescales and any guarantees — will be set out in a written quotation and/or contract agreed between us. Those terms take precedence over this page for the work concerned.

Insurance & guarantee

Active Renovations holds public liability insurance and stands behind the quality of its workmanship. The insurance cover and the specific workmanship guarantee that applies to your project will be confirmed in writing in your quotation or contract before any work begins.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.

Intellectual property

The design, text and branding on this website are owned by or licensed to Active Renovations and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
